ICE Group Cogenerator Project in Basaluzzo manufacturing site

In May 2019 the cogenerator project was ended and realized. Project was supported by POS FESR PIEMONTE 2014-2020.

The principal goals of the project were:

   – reduction of energy costs derived from the large use of electricity and steam in production processes.

   – the company’s conversion towards a greener philosophy with a lower environmental impact through the reduction of current CO2 emissions.

   – achieving energy autonomy through self-production

All these objects agree with the new European and International deals for climate change and energy transition. After one year, we know where we are and where we want to go, keeping supervised if we’re reaching our scopes.

In one year we’ve saved around 700 tons of CO2 !!!
